At Tonal, we are committed to your fitness journey and offer a 30-day home trial to ensure our intelligent strength training system meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return for a full refund of your purchase price, excluding installation and shipping fees.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of installation to begin your return authorization process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Schedule De-installation

  Our professional logistics partners will contact you to schedule a time to safely de-install the Tonal unit and any smart accessories from your wall.

• 3.
  Packaging and Pickup

  The service team will handle the secure packaging of your Tonal hardware and remove it from your premises during the scheduled appointment.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the unit is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
